7 Castillos. Red wine barrel-aged for twelve months
VINIFICATION Tempranillo monovarietal wine. De-stemmed grapes. Long maceration (22 days) and aged for 12 months in oak barrels.

TASTING At first sight, it has a medium-high robe with purple rims. On the nose, we can notice well-structured wood notes, which are provided by the young barrels. Also red fruits, spices and mineral aromas. On the palate, it is unctuous, glyceric and velvety. It is a tasty wine with a well-combined mature tannin. Very balanced wine with a very clean finish, where we notice roast, spicy and tobacco nuances. It has a long aftertaste.

RECOMMENDED Meat, game and cured cheeses. Optimum serving temperature: 16-18ºC
