Finca Vallobera. Selection of our vineyards and 16 months in oak barrels
VINIFICATION 100% Tempranillo. A Wine made from a selection of our vineyards. Elaborated in stainless steel tanks with a pre-fermentative maceration of 3 days at 13-14ºC with a long period of pumping over. On the fourth day the fermentation started, which continued for 10 days with an average temperature of between 25ºC - 27ºC, giving rise to the forwardness of the primary aromas. Oak aged for 16 months in American and French oak barrels with three rackings aiming for the complexity of the aromas.


TASTING Dark cherry red colour. On the nose it is clean with medium intensity predominated by mature fruit, toffee and hints of spices. On the palate is a powerful, elegant well balanced and very fruity wine. The finish is long.


RECOMMENDED With red meats and roasts.
