VINIFICATION100% Tempranillo. De-stemmed grapes. Long macerations (21 days). 14 months in American and French oak barrels. TASTING A medium-high intensity wine with iodine iridescence.
Nuances of clean wood stand out on the nose, which are provided by the barrels with no more than 5 years of age. Compote notes with small red fruit, a spicy touch and some mineral aromas.
On the mouth, it is a tasty wine with a noticeable and mature tannin. It is a very well-balanced wine. Very clean retronasal passage, where we can notice roast and spicy nuances. It has a long aftertaste.
RECOMMENDED Game, red and roasted meats, vegetable dishes and pulses.
