VINIFICATION Whole-grape carbonic maceration.

TASTING Cherry-red colour with purple tones provided by the winemaking process. A very bright and glossy wine.
On the nose, it is a clear wine where fruit and floral aromas stand out. The carbonic maceration and the variety's own aroma are also present, giving the wine personality.
On the palate, it is a balanced, structured and strong wine. It has a long and balanced finish, full of primary aromas where liquorish notes also appear. Very clean in all the tasting stages.

RECOMMENDED Recommended with vegetable stews, traditional Rioja-style potatoes, fish and wood-fire roasts.
