Vallobera Reserva. Red wine with 18 months in oak barrels
VINIFICATION 100% Tempranillo grape destalked, a long maceration (27 days). Oak aged for 18 months (60% French oak barrels and 40% American oak barrels). Bottle ageing for two years.

TASTING Cherry red colour. On the nose is it harmonious and elegant, the aromas of mature fruit with notes of minerals predominate, the oak ageing is well integrated. On the palate it is well balanced, powerful, with great ageing potential, noble tannins and a long finish. Serve at 19ºC.


RECOMMENDED Great pairing with red meat, stews and game.
