Cask-fermented white

WINE-MAKING

Upper part of old vineyards.
Débourbage of the free-run juice. Fermentation in new, 500-litre, French-oak casks for approximately 8 months on the lees. Stirring of the lees every 3-4 days.

TASTE

Pale straw-yellow colour. A complex nose with ripe fruit, a slight hint of aniseed and underlying floral tones.
On the palate it brings reminders of balsamic herbs. Full-bodied and intense flavours with a fresh touch of citrus acidity and a lively, fruit-packed finish.
A limited number of bottles for a white wine which offers something more than just fruit.
