The grapes are picked during the night to prevent oxidation and then stemmed and pressed before débourbage. Cold maceration of the must with the skins for 24 hours.
Straw-yellow colour with greenish glints. A pleasant, lively nose with citrus fruit aromas, some tropical fruit and underlying banana coming through. Very clean aromas in the olfactory phase.
On the palate the wine is balanced and supple, filling the whole mouth with freshness.
In the retronasal phase the aromas found on the nose return, but more sharply defined. Lengthy aftertaste.
Clams, Oysters with lemon juice and Salads.
