Vallobera Young Rosé wine
Variety 70% Tempranillo and 30% Viura.
It performs a cold pre-fermentation (around 10º) overnight, then it is crushed and destemmed. Immediately afterwards, direct pressing is carried out at low pressure, which favors a smooth extraction of the must, and it is settled. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC.
- On the nose we find a high intensity of aromas of fresh fruit with acid notes.
- It has a bright and pale onion skin color.
Recommended for salads, fish and appetizers.
