18 months’ cask ageing. It spends 2 years in the bottle.
TASTE
Black-cherry colour.
Harmonious and elegant on the nose with a predominance of ripe fruit aromas and mineral notes with the oak very well-integrated without overpowering the fruit.
Balanced and powerful on the palate, with good cellaring potential, with its noble tannins coming to the fore. Long, lingering aftertaste.
