30% Tempranillo, 60% Viura and 10% Sauvignon.
Cold pre-fermentation (at around 10ºc) for a night. Immediately afterwards we collect the free-run must obtained from gentle pressing, just using gravity. It then ferments in a stainless steel vat at a controlled temperature of between 13ºC and 16ºC.
Pale pink colour. On the nose you can find great complexity with aromas of red berries and fresh grapes. Very pleasant acidity to give it a fresh mouth-feel.
